This game literally has zero content updates yet they rake in endless money from micro transactions and monetize everything. A new map once a year. Recycled content for yearly festivities and this garbage for rewards.

Normally I agree with you. The gaming community is generally pretty pathetic, whiney, and entitled. But people have every right to be annoyed by the direction Rocket League has gone since Psyonix handed over the keys to Epic.

Next seasons maybe some explosions would be nice

iirc GC rewards have always been red, because if the reward/s was/were pink/purple, it would be the exact same reward/s as the champion reward/s and thus it is no "leak."

Meh. I rather have some cool goal explosion or animated decal. Oh well. No need to grind for GC now.

Epic really has nothing to do with Psyonix, as they have stated. All that Epic did in buying Psyonix was make Psyonix, thus their games, more well known (although, i am not really sure that their games have become more well known honestly). Again, Psyonix makes any and all final decisions regarding their games. If you do not believe me, join their Discord and ask. (Or ask on some other social media platform.) Epic has not ruined Rocket League. If you think that Rocket League has been ruined, then blame Psyonix, for it is their own doing.

Hope you guys know there's a typo, it's stated that the GC rewards also reward a set of GC wheels but the post on pysonix website doesn't mention it at all

If only Psyonix could stuff a few more microtransactions (and brainless wordfilters) into this game, they'd have the money to hire artists to actually create interesting season rewards. Sad!

I disagree, wheels,decals,boost are much more valuable than a banner, between all the things that rl lets you change banners are the least impactful
