I actually use some of the season rewards to customize my car because of extra colors. Having extra season rewards... Especially ones that are more subtle like boosts and trails are useful outside of "displaying your skill level." ...and why would I want to? I think it's in incredibly poor taste that the showboating screen was added to the end of each match and other tweaks to force or influence players to sit through it as if it would begetter to see a bunch of cars flip around than move on to the next match. It seems this theme is being expanded to involve replays. What will happen is that people will derank their accounts put on their diamond or champion banner and thrash the players in Bronze-Platinum. It seems to me that the devs are putting features into the game to reward the most toxic people in the player base or give them an extra tool to harass other players in the community.
