Controller Taking Screenshots, And other Bugs

I see some other people complaining about this bug that I have but it sounds like i have it the worst. At times everytime i press my right trigger, it says screenshot taken. Some of my other buttons are also malfunctioning. I have another controller that I tried, and the same issue. This is an xbox controller. I am also having issues with the buttons altogether. Sometimes I will hit my air roll button and it boosts. Sometimes I hit powerslide and it boosts. Start isnt even bringing up the menu. Its bringing up a multi screen thing. And my xbox game volume bar is also popping up when hitting left bumper.

None of the fixes that I saw people suggest are working for me. The disable steam input didnt work. Restarting my controller didnt work. Not sure what else I can do. Just started happening today and it kind of makes the game unplayable.

And if you mean screenshots as Steam Screenshots feature then double check what button it's set to, by default it's F12 key from what I remember
