One guy i helped had issue with sound on Windows 10 in past and solved, wrote this :
"I figured it out. I have a 5.1 surround set and my sounds card had 2 device outputs, stereo and spdif, apparently car sounds don't go through the stereo channel 🤷♂️ Or at least, they do but, my sound enhancer doesn't pick that channel up"
Or try running game as administrator - (maybe Steam/Epic as well) :

Also are you using some Bluetooth/wireless device?
Let me know.
One guy had issue with not hearing Engine sound and this helped him :
> i just uninstalled my headset and installed it new
I use a Focusrite 18i20 with a pair of studio monitors. I use this setup everyday when working on music projects, so I didn't think anything was wrong with the interface. I went ahead and downloaded the latest driver (even though there is no settings or driver update tab in the software) and set the Output Preset to "2 Channel Analogue." I don't know which of the two worked. However, after installing and restarting my PC, I can now hear everything in Rocket League just fine :)
Thanks for the response!
