Submit Report Not Working

Tried to report but when I hit submit, nothing happens. I hit X to submit but it just seems to cancel it instead.

hello,
are you trying to report in-game or while in the lobby? do you get any message? (that may not be visible if u have parental controls active or in game chat disabled).
also, are you using third party mods on the pc like bakkesmod?
did u try to verify the game files?

in game and post game I've tried. It doesn't give any message. No third party mods. Haven't verified game files yet, will do that now.

I dont have any of the settings on or off that you mentioned. After the last update, the game hasn't allowed my friend and I to report in a match. Only after the match, and we're not sure if it's saving the chat log for reports.

Try do it with mouse. Also better to provide video uploaded on Youtube

It seems the reporting function was changed a bit. It just gives a message simply saying "thank you" and that's it. It used to gray out the name and have a longer message so maybe I just wasn't seeing it.

Yep. Seems that way. Doesnt make sense to remove the pop up. Or at least, have a message visible on the screen after clicking, instead of needing to back out of the report menu.
I reported one guy like 6 times when I spammed the submit button with my controller and then my mouse. lol

Interesting. While pressing 'report' still displays the 'thank you for your report' or whatever notification text in the top left corner, the button doesn't seem to react for me.

ALSO, I'm not sure if it's just me, but the mute button doesn't actually do anything now. It gives out the 'button pressed' UI sound, but it doesn't actually mute anyone. The button doesn't even change into the disabled style after pressing it. I had to keep watching toxicity in every game since the last patch.

I do not know but maybe it is related to Reddit post talking about page where you can see all your sent reports with vague reason "Terms of Service Violation" https://safety.epicgames.com/en-US/policies/reporting-misconduct/my-reports

And Psyonix_Devin commented https://www.reddit.com/r/RocketLeague/comments/1jxgpn7/comment/mmuatr9 :

Not sure if they messed up UI in game or some system with database, or something like that
