Epic Games Log In

Earlier today, I was playing RL just fine, but now every time I load up, a web page automatically opens to a log in page for Epic Games. It tells me my Steam account is already linked but when I try go back into RL, it gives me an error code about the Epic Games server connection or something. I've tried signing into Epic Games but it just keeps telling that I'm already connected to Steam.

Hey guys, I have the solution for all of you who are told by the EPIC website that your email is already registered.

In my case I have the same email on Steam and Epic so I got this error.
Some friends suggested that I change my email by putting a period. For example if your address is [e-mail] on the Epic validation website you should put [e-mail]

That way they sent me the verification code to my usual email account.
Then I entered it in the EPIC web registration again and it gave me an error but then the screen refreshed, the terms and conditions appeared, I accepted and I was able to play Rocket League.

Rocket League used to be great game with even Linux support.

Epic FAIL Games messed up everything with their Microsoft-style "Embrace, Extend, Extinguish" -tactics.

Not gonna register for their crap platform. I paid and bought this game on Steam before they got their dirty hands on it.

Except in this case, RL is such a good and addictive game that it's really sad to abandon it.

I like the game, but have deep hate for Epic FAIL Games for ruining it like this.

Sad for Psyonix, they would've struck gold without Epic.
If only they had stayed independent or partnered with Valve instead.
