Game freezing when looking at items in the shop and also when loading into matches
I have been having strange freezing of the game whenever I try to inspect an item in the shop. It currently happens any time I try to look at an item. I also have a bunch of freezes when I join a match or hop on to training.

I tried launching in administrator mode but with no success.

Started happening as well for me a few days into the season.

I didn't play after game update yet.

Are you using 3rd party app Bakkesmod just in case?

I would try at least verify game files.

Go for example on this help article :

Read and try steps,
or just Scroll to bottom to Blue "Contact Us", then login to your account and choose option to contact support.

I have only recently heard of Bakkesmod, but I have never used it.

I got the same issue on epic games and steam, even after verifying and reinstalling the games on both platforms.
Currently, I'm accepting the problems, but if it gets any worse, I might contact support.

So i have been on contact with support for some time now trying to fix this they have now said to report it as a but. since they think it might be a problem with there severs or a possibek bug. for those of u thad have the same problem it could be nice if u would do the same so we can get it fixed.

To anyone with nvidia drivers an on the 516.59 patch there try rolling it back to the 516.40 version that seemed to work for me so far. It looks like there are some issues in the compatibility with some systems.
