Just today other player wrote about same issue but with car Dominus GT, can you test that one if you have?
You can try disabling cloud saves on Steam and renaming folder:
Steam Library - Rocket League - Properties - Untick keep game saves;
then rename Rocket League folder in path Documents - My Games ,NOT rocketleague installation folder (e.g. to Rocket League Old, but name doesn't really matter) https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/c-Category_RocketLeague/c-RocketLeague_TechnicalSupport/how-do-i-rename-the-rocket-league-folder-in-windows-a000084276
These 2 steps especially if you want recover Replays, Trainings from that backup folder later. Video settings will be also lost so just in case make screenshot of them + you will go through tutorial match after launching game.
Otherwise you'll need to contact Epic Games Support https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/c-Category_RocketLeague/c-RocketLeague_Gameplay/how-do-i-report-a-bug-or-glitch-in-rocket-league-a000084484
customization options besides body type work as normal. I've tried using the normal Breakout as well as the Takumi with no issues. I've never used BakkesMod.
