Engine audio doesn't work in game

I've been running the Motormouth engine audio and as of yesterday it longer works in game. Works in practice. Any ideas?

Just wanted to say I also use Motormouth and it sounds like some sort of default engine sound in-game now. If you hover it to preview it, it works. Just not in-game.
