Getting Alt Tabbed out of the game to windows desktop

this happening 3-4 times each game. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

I used to get this and it stopped with an Nvidia update I think.

Never happened for me in this game.
It was happening sometimes many years ago for other game, I think it was caused by Skype or other background app/process.

Maybe try clean startup :

I was playing on an alt the other night and it did not do this once. I was playing csgo today, full round, no alt tabbing, it's only My RL account. how is this possible?

I had all the same stuff open for both my main and my alt. It did not once alt tab me on the alt.

It could also be steam overlay, maybe try disabling it and see does it fix it or try to launch from Epic launcher instead of Steam.

This used to happen to me all the time, I later found out it was because I had an update for windows, and for some reason it would alt tab me out every so often, but I never saw the notification. You can either check for updates and install them and see if it fixes your issue or you can also try disabling the windows update service (run windows services.msc).

If not, maybe it's something else and in that case I can't help you. Best thing to do is search in google and see if anyone else has the same issue as you, maybe it'll give you a couple suggestions.

thx its a bit better now but i get a short weird lag/ black screen every now and then and after that my discord is completely black and i have to restart it ._. (the discoed problem happened also before when the game alt tabbed)

win+r type msconfig go to startup and disable anything you don't need.
If you have microsoft office go to Task Scheduler > Microsoft > Office > Right click "OfficeBackgroundTaskHandlerRegistration" > Disable.
then restart pc

I disabled everything i didnt need and somehow most of it loaded anyway. I don't have that task in my scdeduler. And I really don't think that could be the issue.
