Items and progress lost please help

So after almost 2 years I booted rocket league and my Items are all almost gone and my progress is as well I don't see my levels many of my decorative Items.

I have contacted support and they have told me I have disconnected an account from my epic games which had my progress the issue is I only disconnected my steam account which does not have rocket league and my playstation account which had rocket league but I added it after I created epic account just to get the free items people got buying the game before it went free (the psn account is still connected) they told me to revert whatever I did. I already reconnected my steam account a while ago but I don't know they told me they could not help me.

Does anyone know a solution or something I can do some other support maybe I should speak to because it is very worrying losing almost all the progress in the game you had and all the items that were bought.

hi, make sure the rest of the items are not archived.
check manage inventory —> archive tab.

if that doesnt help, make sure to launch the game on every platform and storefront you have connected and make sure to reach the game lobby to make all the items sync properly.

and last but not least, if nothing of the above works, make sure to create new save files on the platform u are currently using (I assume pc) following my video guide here;
