Report a translation problem
I try blind shot - make sure that you don't have Voice Chat on same key as other action like Boost/Jump,etc.
Also did you try other Keyboard ?

If you didn't include these before, maybe Logs and video could help to see where is issue.
Replacing hardware (Gpu, mobo, CPU, Heatsets, mice, keyboards, monitors)
I've removed every USB except the mouse and keyboard
VPNs
Replacing modem/router
DNS changes
Power changes
Full Windows reinstall with nothing BUT Rocket league.
Setting launch options in steam
Removing Steam Overlay
Changing keyboard Repeat delay / repeat speed
Game ini file
Calling ISP to run diagnostics
Removed all controller profiles from steam (PhantomAce had a similar issue)
Clearing Temp files
Turned off ALL power save features
Stopped ALL unnecessary services

No are resources maxing out or overheating.
Verifying integrity
Deleting the Rocket League cache
Synchronizing Windows Clock
Unparking Cores
Running Timer Resolution
All Drivers are up to date as is BIOS
Performance stats
Ibuf sits at 7
Outbound sits at a good solid 60
My inbound packets cant get over 55 drops to 50 a lot.
Refresh rate set to 120, 144
Frame rate lock to 120 or 240
Everything stays Green while playing except Ibuf and packets in.
I have created SO MANY SUPPORT TICKETS, every one i open they just end up closing after not replying to me after a couple days, I'm more or less done with them as they clearly don't give a $hit.
STS and CSTS make it worse
Is normally ok after a full reboot and gets more noticeable the longer i play in the sense that I'm able to notice the difference in between each game.
Seems to be worse during peak times.
This is a never ending source of frustration to go from hitting flip resets to not being able to hit the ball at all every time i start a new match.
Video cant really show input delay.
Edit: Also tried messing with adapter settings.
Are you sure they did not reply in ticket on their support page ?

I dont know if there is any correlation between the 2 but if you have gyg it is worth a try.
