Mouse flickering in fullscreen

Hello,

So after the dx11 update, whenever I go into fullscreen my mouse will begin flickering on screen, my shift tab won't work, and other buttons will begin doing weird things. There is no issue when I put the game in borderless windowed mode, but the game doesn't run as well. When I revert back to dx9, the issue is also gone in fullscreen mode, but again I get performance issues. I'm not sure why this is happening because I have an RTX 2070 Super and an i7-5820k so I shouldn't be getting performance issues? Anything helps people!!!

I figured out the issue was with the hz my monitor was set to. I have a 144 hz monitor with a display port cable, but it seems to cause issues on my computer. I'm not sure why, but when I set the monitor to 120 hz the issue went away. I don't know a fix to get it to work on 144 hz, but there's no more performance issues with the 120 hz.

For some reason this actually worked, my monitor is 144 hz and i set it to 140 hz and it started working fine. Thanks for the help!
