Car resets to defaults whenever I start game

Has anyone else had this issue?
The last few times I have started up the game, my customised car keeps going back to the default items. E.g it changes to octane, and unequips my topper and antenna, and it changes my goal explosion + trail + banner to the standard ones.

are you using alphaconsole? if so update it. Other than that i can't help.

I don't know what alphaconsole is, but I'm playing on a mac if that helps

another issue I've noticed with Mac only is that I can't equip the decals for the new chikara car for some reason. I can equip universal decals to it though.

I am getting this same issue on PC, but I noticed it only happens to items and cars that I didn't own before the most recent update, when they updated the game I got some of the DLC cars, toppers and boosts for free (my friends got the same ones) my friends can use the items and cars just fine, but if I add them, as soon as the match starts it goes back to the octane (and if i used a topper or boost I didn't own previously, they too vanish upon match start)

Seems to be fixed now for Dropshot only. Rumble and Show Day are still failing to load it.
