Last 2 days, many queue times 5-20 minutes

The load screen even says "average wait time > 10 minutes"

I've never seen this before in as long as I've played. Something weird is going on.

Is anyone else having this issue or am I alone here? (my regions and modes haven't changed)

Speaking of modes, which ones are you queuing, at which rank and at what times of the day?

3's, casual and comp, currently in gold 1, from 11 pm to 6 am, so it is off hours, BUT, I've played that time frame a buzzillion times without these long queue times.
So nothing else has changed as far as I can tell....although I am down from gold 3 - Plat 2, so I'm down rank some, but that's it.
