Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\SaveData
first of all dont worry,
all of the following information is stored on Psyonix servers:
- XP, Levels, and Titles
- Inventory (all Items)
- Matchmaking information (ranks, skill rating, etc.)
- Game settings
- Presets
- Statistics
while these are stored locally:
- Replays
- Video settings (Resolution, Max FPS, etc)
- New User Experience Completion (Intro cinematic, Intro match)

Try to reinstall the game. The issue should fix itself.
Also give a look at this official psyonix corrupt data troubleshooting guide:
https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/rocket-league-c182/rocket-league-troubleshooting-c203/how-do-i-troubleshoot-rocket-league-save-data-on-steam-a10775
Steam Library - Rocket League - Properties - Untick keep game saves;
then rename Rocket League folder in path Documents - My Games (e.g. to Rocket League Old, but name doesn't really matter)
---
If you will want recover Replays and Trainings you can do that after from renamed folder then TAGame - Demos and Training folders
Help article Simo provided in last link is basically those steps I wrote apart of doing it through commands and that might not work always.
Also reinstalling game shouldn't be needed.
Did you ever end up fixing it? I just got that too, out of nowhere. Kinda scared LOL
