First try check if your Windows files are corrupted and can be repaired - which could be potential reason of PC crash or at least consequences after :

Basically running cmd as administrator and running 2 commands :
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannow
(maybe search for Windows updates before too)

1. Are you using Bakkesmod, Gif your Game, MSI Afterburner/ Riva Tuner or other 3rd party apps?
2. What modes did you play and did you overclock some hardware ?

Control Panel - Security and Maintenance - Maintenance - Reliability History (Monitor) - View all reports - Search for Rocket League and View Details - Double click to open report with recent date/time when game had recently issues (if you have more reports click on "More"). Line 'Fault Module Name' could say most about issue. Guide with images

then read through and contact support by clicking on Blue "Contact Us" button at bottom, login with EG account, fill info and at best include log files.
