Keep getting " timed out " in tournament matches

As the title says . I rarely play tournaments . But when everything goes good, after almost every match I get " connection timed out " . Did everything from reinstalling the game, turning on/off cloud save, deleting local data, reinstalling game . The connection is not a problem , and I can guarantee that
