BUG:air roll left and right not responding to the binding.

hello,i've just bought my new steam controller and it seems that my air roll left and right doenst respond to the binding r1/l1 but also to any other binding. when i try l1 when binded to air roll left i just turn to left in the air and for r1 it doesnt do anything. ive tried to uninstal/reinstal and many other things but none is working. need help on this!

i have the same problem with a ps4 controller i can't diagonal aerial moves.

Make sure theres not multiple binds that conflict with eachother on said key in your keybinds list if not try to reinstall the controllers drivers / if not try to disable clould and backup ur config for ur camera controller settings delete configs in both documents and main folder.

I found that if you bind both air roll and steer left/right to the respective buttons that worked for me!

ran into the same problem today doing the same thing, messing around with deadzones after getting off of scp. took me about an hour to finally ran across the right reddit post. Bind the buttons to something on your keyboard before using the steam input beta, then bind the buttons within steam to those buttons. example, in rocket league bind something to f3, then enable steam controller and bind the button you want to use to f3 with legacy keys option.

Same problem. Using xbox elite controller. If I bind boost to LB or RB it works just fine, but if I bind air roll left or air roll right to LB or RB it does not respond in-game. However, it still works for navigating menus. Please solve this.

I had an unusually simple but maybe unorthodox fix for mine after finding none of these things worked for me. After unplugging or disabling my controller, I looked through the key binds (for keyboard of course) and noticed that air roll right was on something not default, so I switched the keyboard bind back to default (which I think is E) and it immediately began working.

To be clear, my issue was that air roll right wasnt working for keyboard or controller.

This one shows how to change individual key bindings. It takes a bit of getting used to, but after a few minutes, you get used to all the controller menus for Rocket League and editing each category becomes more intuitive.

hey man im playing on pc with my ps4 controllewr but only got the air roll setting not air roll left and right i play ps4 rl im champ 2 but on pc cant get those 2 settings any fix for that ?/
