first of all the best thing to do should be trying to fix the issue following an official psyonix guide regarding this topic:
https://support.rocketleague.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054169294-Crashing-on-a-PC
Could you list me your pc hardware components + maybe the game log files using pastebin.com ?
if you dont know how to gather logs, here is an helpful guide:
https://support.rocketleague.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023645894-How-Do-I-Gather-Logs-
Make sure to use the dedicated graphics card and not the integrated one, I've seen many users crashing for this:
https://support.serato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202305784-Changing-graphics-card-settings-to-use-your-dedicated-GPU-on-a-Windows-computer-
Let me know
Before getting into more details I have had this computer 9 months and its a stabile and good system where so far everything just have worked...until now that is. Unfortunatly this is not isolated to RL - as I booted up some other game just to test and it behaved similarly. Shuts down after 4-5 minutes in game.
Gfx-Drivers has been updated to latest - but those that were already there were from October, so I did not expect that to solve the problem. I have had other computers where the power unit has been the problem - but I do not think so in this case. It is a bit to new. I do not get any artifacts - game is simply just closing down and throwing me out in windows. Never experienced this kind of error before. Do, however, suspect that the GPU has issues. All fans are spinning like they are supposed to.
From the logfile of RL:
[0539.73] Log: Timed out while waiting for GPU to catch up. (500 ms)
[0539.74] NetworkInputBuffer: Hitch detected! 497.0703ms
[0539.79] Critical: appError called: The Direct3D 11 device that was being used has been removed. Please restart the game.
Will measure temperature and get back. Again Thank you for posting.
which one do you own? is it overclocked?
have you already tried changing the frequencies / memory through msi afterburner?
or performing a clean uninstallation and reinstallation of your video drivers?
If nothing in my previous message helps, you could also try turning down in-game graphic settings that cause lots of load for the gpu.
You can try submitting a ticket to support as well :
https://support.rocketleague.com/hc/en-us
Never had any issues - not overclocked in any way.
It obviously handles this game with ease so there is something else that is wrong as also other games get treated the same way.
Checked temperature and strangely enough it doesnt even get close to what is should handle, nor do I find any issues with RAM or the CPU:s.
Best thing to do to acknowledge this type of crashes would be to try other pc components like graphics cards or psu's and see if the problem persists.
As I said, u can try to open a ticket with the support (maybe they will be able to help you)
I will also try to share this thread with some friends, they could give you some other suggestions.
I would like to thank quickER and Volodesi (2 other mods) for the suggestions:
(which downclock any factory overclocked graphics card to Nvidia reference clock speeds)
Let us know!
Unfortunately I do not have any spare parts - or my first bet would be to change the graphics card.
Will try some error search tonight until my next resort will be shipping it to have it fixed. Have a two year warranty from the guys that put them together (4th computer I buy from them) :)
Update: Scaling was already turned off.

Because I was recently writing with 2 guys:
1. had very similar text in log file
---
2. who could launch game but at some point in match it would freeze whole PC - so he submitted ticket ticket and they suggested him to create new save which worked.
So I would say worth to try to it by disabling Steam cloud saves and renaming folder :
Steam Library - Rocket League - Properties - untick Keep game saves
then rename Rocket League folder in path Documents - My Games :
https://support.rocketleague.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038917534-How-do-I-Re-Name-the-Rocket-League-Folder-in-Windows-
___
If it will work;
Most of stuff are stored on servers and locally only Video Settings, Replays, not uploaded Training Sequences and will need to complete tutorial once again.
Then later you can tick cloud saves back and if you want back Replays + Trainings then go to old folder and TAGame :
- Demos = replays
- Training = training sequences
and just copy them to same named folder in new Rocket League folder
