Stipple Gait Decal and GXT Cars

Hi, since S3 the lighting effects on the GXT cars is just black when using stipple gait decal. Before, you could set lighting colour on a different decal, switch to stipple and keep the effect colour. Why the hell did you "bugfix" this, the GXT cars just look bad now.
