High ping only in competitive match

Hi, i have some issues of ping with match, when a testing at informal works fine like 85~110 for my region (US-E) but i joing a competitive match that ping grow up like 270~300 and i can't playing correctly it's literally imposible, anyone have same issues?

For my country (Colombia), the best way to play multiplayer is US servers, the SA servers are very bad, the connection goes to the US and returns to the country where the SA server's hosted and from there to my country, in other words, ~ 250 ping

Also I'll do thing called "pro gamer move" and ask - what about Extra playlist ?

Apparently there are several servers that are lagged, some didn't notice it, but there are several who have already noticed it in the match, the ping behaves very strange, but surprisingly it's more normal, despite the good ping it feels a lot of lag in all the types of game

i finally solve that, i didn't see that Ethernet cable have a lot of dirt, that was the origin of my lag, and diferents problems arround that

sure, but i trying to mark my comment like answer but it isn't possible for me, i can only edit and delete then.
About the different problems arroud the dirty connector it's wrong ping over all speed test at internet, wrong download speed, and Internet instability, to the point that I checked my laptop hardware to verify that everything was fine
