Distortion decal bugged?

Has anyone else noticed the same problem? I've been using Distortion decal for a long time, on the Takumi legacy body.

Around 2 or 3 days ago, maybe after some patch, I noticed a problem with Distortion, my blue car that uses this decal is now yellow for no apparent reason. So both the blue and yellow cars look yellow, which makes it very confusing in game. My blue car seemed normal, without the issue, before this problem started happening. If this is a bug, any fix?

Yes. Now my car white with blue and orange lines of this decal (doesn't matter in which team i play).

It can be related to other 3 decals as one of known issues :
"The Leviathan, Chameleon, and Trigon Decals appear as purple and white placeholders"

Same issue for me using Distortion decal with Takumi legacy. Also note that on the in game item store today there is a newer Takumi body, and the Distortion decal for it is for sale too. It however is not bugged, looks just like the original Distortion decal did before latest patch.
