Constant packet loss and "red ping"

In the scoreboard my ping is either orange or red but is always below 30. The packet loss symbol appears on my screen frequently when in game but in training it is never there. I have done the things suggested online and cant find a solution.

The color of your ping always changes to Orange/Red if there are issues.

Packet loss is mostly like on your end. Could be from bad routing to the servers or an issue on your network. You could try changing your DNS or run some "tracert"s to other websites to see where the packet loss is happening.

You don't see packet loss in training because training isn't online. It's local.

I've fixed my red ping problem and now I get either 10-20 ping or 35-45 ping. I get 90 mbps upload speed while in game and watching a stream on twitch. I also get a 41 mbps upload speed with the same conditions. I still experience lag. When someone hits the ball or I go over a boost pad it is delayed. This shows the illusion that people have punch powerups from rumble mode. I use an electricity to ethernet adapter. My connection gets a little better with noone else online but not a noticable difference. Any help is appreciated. Thx in advance.
