I saw some posts about it might be issue of Virtual servers.
Explained by ,I guess, experienced user:
- Dedicated = Name + numbers
- Virtual = only numbers

To save some time try to find out name of server and include Logs, at least I was asked for msinfo when I had connection issues:

Make sure you have set Recommended Region or manually your closest:

I - personally don't have connection issues in EU Servers.
In game, I have my region set to US-East.
