I'm glad it worked for you. I use the pi-hole too. I questioned Psyonix why this URL would be associated with their program and how but they simply ignored my question and gave me generic "restart your router" advice even after telling them I solved it. It's very odd. I'm glad it's working but it would nice to know more.
That url is apparently malicious, i do not know how that could happen but i assume you have (had) some malicious extension for browser and it was redirecting there.
I was asking about that to one of Psyonix back in the day (25th March) and they wrote :
"So far I only know that it is related to encryption, but that is about all."
However i was recently alerted that it is apparently malware. I did some research and it looks like trusted article (apart of no guarantee for that tool to remove) - was created March 24th and probably was not so visible in Google search at that time. I recommend to read through :
https://howtoremove.guide/r3-o-lencr-org/
(and other related Google search result March 26th - some report analysis which i do not really understand https://www.joesandbox.com/analysis/376341/0/pdf)
This information is suspect. I would not trust it.
