Rocket League No Sound with Teamspeak or Discord

So I am just posting this issue and the resolution to help others with this same issue I had.
Windows 10 x64
The issue is when playing rocket league there is NO game sound from Rocket League, other programs still work fine.
This issue only occurs for me when using either Teamspeak or Discord while playing Rocket League (in a voice channel)

My resolution was to end the task "RAVBg64.exe" (current user) which is a background service for Realtek onboard audio.

After ending the one running under your account (I have 3 - 5 of them: 1 my account, the others under the systems account) everything works as intended. (You dont even have to restart the game)

if you want it in a batch script throw this in a ILikeRLSounds.cmd file
taskkill /im RAVBg64.exe
