Cars randomly shine with blinding light

I just played a game and the other cars, both enemies and teammates randomly shined with a super bright blinding light.

Go to settings and disable lens flare or something like that. It fixes it.

It's the standard boost.... They need to do something to fix it. The boost shouldn't look like it does.
