not getting rocket pass levels

so i played three games in a row, from start to end....
i got 0 rocket pass exp.
literally i have been stuck at level 1 since i booted up today.
is this a bug, or did psyonix change the way rocket pass exp is earned?

i haven't played since friday and then i only played two games and got HALF a level on rocketpass
i also do not have premium
i also do not play ranked

update:
i've played 5 more games, both ranked and unranked and have gotten 0 rocket pass EXP

if psyonix thinks that paying money to get EXP is the correct route to go, they're wrong

another game went by, (i won) still no exp

how can this even happen?
you would think with how serious psyonix is in the esports game they would not allow a bug like this to happen
