Duplicate Items Not Trade Able

I have duplicate items in my inventory that are not trade able. For example, I have 2 copies of Mainliner Grey and Pink. Percussion Skyblue I have 3 copies and these are only a couple of examples as I have many other items that have duplicates that I am unable to trade in. Is this a bug or intentional? I have to assume it is a bug.

sometimes its rewards from trading other items i have dozens of multiple items of the same kind .. think its from trading in 5 items and 1 of the items if they aren't tradeble the end result is untradble

I never had season pass type rewards appear for trading in.

The items state they can not be traded in and when clicked on in manage inventory it says "This item is not eligible." Yet I have copies of various items like that from the Summer event. Not all just some.
