Right before this happened I had logged on from a different computer. Maybe that has something to do with it? The lag's been a problem for longer though.
I’m sorry, but I cannot say how to fix your lag problem. Maybe it’s your internet, check if your ping spikes a lot. Also check the region that you’re playing in, that could be the issue. Just look at all things internet related because rubber banding is definitely not normal.
Steam synchronization is probably the cause of your problem, especially if you log in from another device (and play Rocket league) or switch between multiple accounts there is a bug chance it has to do with the steam cloud messing up.
