Update Internet Explorer Security Protocol
If you are experiencing problems connecting, you may need to update your security protocols in Windows to disable certificate revocation and SSL 2.0 and 3.0 and enable TLS 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2. In order to do this follow these steps:
Close Rocket League
Press the Windows Key on the keyboard
Use the search bar and enter Internet Options
Once in the Internet Options window, select the Content tab
Click the Clear SSL state button
Press OK on the popup confirmation window
Select the Advanced tab
Scroll down to find the SSL and TSL checkboxes
Uncheck the boxes labeled:
Check for publisher’s certificate revocation
Check for server certificate revocation*
Use SSL 2.0
Use SSL 3.0
Check the boxes labeled:
Use TLS 1.0
Use TLS 1.1
Use TLS 1.2
Select Apply

Ladies and gentlemen! I was able to find a solution (maybe) that could fix the connection problem with the rocket league servers! I spoke with the support of the game and they gave me several attempts, but some of them did not solve, thanks to the good support I received from them, the last email I received, I was able to solve my problem (which was the following problem: "Unable to contact to rocket league servers, please try again later "), I stayed almost a month without playing online, but I managed to solve it! below, will be the email that they sent me that solved my problem! I hope it solves for you too :) Send as many people as possible with the same problem!

I am sorry to hear that our previous suggestions did not fix the issue. Do not worry, let's try another possible solution. Regular Internet usage causes your computer to automatically cache IP addresses and other domain name system results. Clearing this cache will refresh the data, getting rid of outdated data that may be causing connection issues. To do this, you are going to try something called Flush DNS Cache:
• Press Windows Key + R. Enter CMD and hit Enter.
• Type ipconfig / release in the command prompt.
• Wait a few seconds for a reply that the IP address has been released.
• Type ipconfig / renew at the command prompt.
• Wait a few seconds for a reply that the IP address has been re-established.
• Type ipconfig / flushdns in the command prompt.
• Close the command prompt and attempt to make a connection.
Also, a very handy way to solve some of these issues is to disable background applications on your personal computer to see if any program on the computer is blocking the game to connect:
• Press Windows key + R.
• Enter "msconfig" in the entry field and hit enter.
• Select the "Startup" tab and hit "Disable All" button.
• Go to the "Services" tab, check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" checkbox and then hit the "Disable All" button.
• Click the "OK" button and close the utility, and restart your computer when prompted to.
