I don't know if it's placebo or something but some servers feel sluggish, as if it's not processing the information quickly enough and makes everything slightly delayed and slowed down.
However I played for like 2 hours in December 12 on EU servers :
- First Casual Split Shot was fine but then tried Tournament and in like first minute I had Packet Loss/Disconnect signs and basically couldn't play.
- Then I played Competitive and in every match I had same issue in range of 10-30 seconds or even more. In one Competitive match I even got kicked, tried to reconnect but said match concluded.
- I don't play often but before when I played only network issue I had was rarely Packet Loss for few seconds and still playable, not that bad as mentioned above.
Conclusion: I'm not sure if that can be considered as server issue because when I looked in Scoreboard it was only me not having Green Ping (without issue my ping was fine = around 30-50). I also had equipped title "Discord Legend" but I doubt people would DDoS me in every match, especially in Diamond.
And to be honest I didn't try any suggested steps I mentioned above
