How can i play ranked?

I just reached lvl 10 on my rocket league account and when Im trying to play ranked I get the message: "family sharing" accounts are not eligible for this feature. You must own rocket league to gain access.

Rocket league can no longer be purchased on steam. It moved to free to play and it is available on epic games https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/rocket-league
