What are the punishment for being absent or afk in tournaments?

I play tournament a lot. Everyday some team, mostly mine, someone is not appearing at the first game or leaves afterwards and therefore we playing 2 vs 3 or 1 vs 2.


Did they implement some punishment other than the automatic 1 hour timeout?

None, brain damaged mods ban you for swearing but not for scoring own goals on purpose, this is why this game is right there with league of legends when it comes to community being dog water.

Often some id..ots where afk for 3 rounds in 3on3. My mate and me did managed all alone but won the matches. I did report this AFK-Troll and nothing happend. NO PUNISHMENTS.
But when i post in puiblic channel to him (the AFK-Troll) he is a "fa..ott" i was banned for a week.
Psyonix is acting like the Green Fas..cists here in Germany.

Maybe the ban was right but why happend no punishment to this troll ?
And i guess the report was initiated by the opponent team.
Psyonix self spoils the fun. I have not trust anymore in this company and in this game.
Stopped playing after 9 years my alldays favorite game when the new Eula was launched.
And my life became better and better. :P

Because i want to know how other players are thinking about the game and maybe, Epic will change the Eula . Then i could accept it and play continue.

Other players don't even have to report you for you to get banned, so get that out of your head. The mighty chat bot will punish you for saying banned words even if the other players don't even care.

Often i see in the public chat that one player was flaming like an old after his 16-hours job.
And nothing happened.
Ok, if these players were banned after the match i wouldn´t get a message about their punishments.
