How do i swap game data from one platform to another?

So for a while ive been playing rocket league on my nintendo switch and ive spent quite a bit of money on cosmetics and stuff, and i recently wanted to make the switch from switch to pc but when i downloaded it on my computer and logged in with the same epic games account, there was nothing there and all my data was still on the switch. When i go on the switch, its all still there, but i have no idea how to switch it over.
