Getting this just now myself... I did a search online and it seems like it's probably RL server problems/high traffic. I'd bet RL servers are just especially bad right now as that would be the least surprising explanation to me.

That's not actually the fix, since I and probably most people tried that already. I also tried verifying integrity of files which didn't fix it.
But perhaps the servers are back up now.

Yeah I cant log into epic at all it keeps trying to create an account instead of logging in, what did they break now

It also will not let me get into Rocket league through steam
