Forfeit without a vote

i just started playing again after over a year and i noticed that sometimes the game stops and says my team forfeited the game but there was never a vote to forfeit.
what the hell is going on?

I just got the forfeit game message, I clicked OK to forfeit and got a 5 min ban

the thing is i am not getting banned its just a forfeit and that's it

Most likely opponents forfeited not your team.

If it will happen again then double check and upload image on like imgur.com especially if it seems you forfeited while winning

it does not happen when my team is wining it always happen when we are loosing, i noticed it only when there are less then 30 seconds left, and its definitely my team that losses as it shows the other team as the winners
