how can i get the game on steam in my account?

I have always played Rockey League in Epic, but now that I have realized that the workshop is on Steam, I have wanted to install it but apparently it is not possible. I have installed it from the account of a friend who is in my family group but I would like to have it in my account, how can I do it?

You can get workshop maps on the epic games version of the game aswell using bakkesmod, a safe and free mod make by a rocket league developer.

Rocket League is no longer available for purchase on Steam, as it transitioned to the Epic Games Store in 2020. If you want to play it on Steam, you must already own a copy purchased before the transition.

Getting it on Steam today is tricky:
- Game keys: You might find Steam keys on some third-party websites, but they are often very expensive (hundreds of euros/dollars).
- Gifts: Some people may still have a giftable copy of the game on Steam, but this is extremely rare and expensive.

I must add the note that purchasing keys or paying before getting gifts from unverified sellers can also expose you to scams.

I’d recommend considering playing the game on the Epic Games Store using the bakkesmod workshop loader plugin, where it’s free.
