If you can't avoid using WiFi. Make sure your Input Buffer is set to STS or CSTS.

It's well known that if you want to have a reliable connection you MUST use a wired connection. If you use wireless of any kind, don't complain, it's like begging for problems when it comes to online gaming.
Yeah, no, I get that, but Rocket League is the only game that I have this issue on, and have ever had this issue on, which is why I'm trying to figure out what the issue is
Well.. try to use a cable next time, if it works you know the reason why it was not working before..

starting to get why some players are furious about the state of the servers, they are getting worse
Maybe try look on this:

In meantime you could try submit ticket to support too :

They will most likely ask you to do commands ping/tracert some of their server IPs.
