Profile pics not showing

Nobody's profile pic seems to be showing on the scoresheet whenever I'm in a match. I thought I was just playing against ps4 players all the time, but someone I was in a match with sent me a friend invite, so clearly this isn't the case.

Is anyone else having this problem?

See I thought this too, but then I went in a game and saw this guy http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=498866892
and I'm not friends with him. So how come I can see his pic?

If it says "PSY net" those are playstation players and the ones with pictures or "?" are steam players.

Right, but there's a guy in that pic who is steam and shows profile picture. But I'm not friends with him.

I don't think that you need to be friends with them, because i saw plenty of guys in games and i was able to see their profile picture without being friends with them.

Exactly what i was saying. Steam players without a profile pic or the servers unable to retrieve this information displaying the "?"
