How to add ps4 friend to steam?

i`m wondering if it is possible to add a friend who's using ps4 into my Steam-Friend-List, so that we can play private matches together. It's supposed to be a cross-system multiplayer. this function is necessary imo.

AFAIK, you'll never be able to add PS4 friends to Steam, as that would require Valve and Sony to work together to make a system for that, which, for one game, just isn't going to even show up on their radar, much less actually be worked on. It's as likely as Sony and Microsoft making a Metal Gear Halo, which, while interesting, won't happen.

Sony and steam do work together you can log a ps4 account in steam.....
