Bad optimisation?

I can run GTA V 60fps normal-high settings, but when it comes to this game, even the lowest settings barely break 30fps.

Please help if you can.

Lawl the classic "I can play X game on high settings but can't play Y game like it" statement.

Different games run on different engines dear boy.

It would also help if you actually listed your system specs rather than assuming we are all mind readers.

maybe you just got a very bad ping and are misunderstanding the lags as performance issue...

The thing is GTA V is pretty good optimized for pc. But... well, turn your Rocket League into borderless window and disable V-Sync,that should give you a huge fps boost :)

sry mate , ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ detected tho.... dont lie to us man. its senseless !!!! you cant run gtaV on high at an average 60fps if you arent able to run rocket league on an average fps xD....man WTF ?? :D

Something is wrong because I had this running at 60 fps on someone's work laptop with low settings. I doubt GTA V would even start on that thing.

Don't know what the problem is for you, but the game runs great.

I found out the issue:
My NVidia Control Panel had selected my integrated graphics GPU, instead of the GeForce GTX one.
Thanks to the people that tried to help.

What specs does your PC have? Settings game-to-game are important in getting the best performance.

This game is rather easy on your computer unless you run a potato.
