Does voice chat work between Steam and PS4 players?

voice chat works accross platforms just ps4 users cant use text chat which majority of pc gamers will use as pc gamers pretty much never use in game voice chat as its always poor quality compared to mumble,teamspeak heck even skype is better quality.

Voice chat does not work across platforms. This was confirmed before release by the developers. Reason being Steam uses Steamworks and PS4 uses PSN. Text Chat is supposed to work but i heard there was an issue. Not sure if it's been resolved or not.
