From 60+ fps to 15 suddenly?
All other games seem fine - Rocket league is now unplayable. The past week or 2 suddenly drop from 60fps to 15, as low as 14, with a GTX 770 that can play witcher 3 full gfx with hair more than rocket league, to compare.

What's going on? I've read similar reports - I'm on win7. About to try a beta driver just in case.

A+ certified IT guy here -- did everything in the book. When it comes down to it, it's JUST RL, so it really comes down to the game. How could I possibly have run this max gfx epic fps and do the same for witcher 3, then suddenly ONLY this game drops to 12 and not other intensive games like w3.
I have a low end pc with now stuttering besides occasinal lag

Are you by chance using a multi-monitor setup?

i figured out when i play long enough maybe 30-45 minutes it fixed itself.
but yes i do have two monitors and play borderless windowed mode. do you think thats the problem?
it was doing fine the first month i got the game.
but i am open for any fixes

I had a similar problem after updating to the new nvidia driver. My fps would drop near 20 in-between and at the start of new games. Alt-tabbing was fixing the issue but it was still annoying.

I went into the nvidia settings and changed the adaptative power settings to maximum performance. It fixed the issue.

NVIDIA " adaptative power settings to maximum performance " didn't fix the issue?
