Ball size change in ranked and standard?

Why has the ball size and speed been changed even in standard and ranked game modes?

If anything, i think the ball could use being heavier, i mean it falls too slowly, while the cars fall at the right speed....

weight (mass) has nothing to do with how fast an object falls....

that is, if rocket league actually uses classical physics...

Not sure about the speed, but the ball size in ranked certainly changed. I asked 3-4 of my buddies playing, to make sure i wasn't hallucinating. :P At first we thought that maybe it was intentional, but there is no mention in the changelog, so i guess it's some kind of a bug.

I am glad someone else noticed because I was beginning to think i was insane. I too looked through every change log i could find and never saw any mention of it.
