What happend to "Breathing Underwater"?

I fell in love with that song and changed my menu music to it every chance I got. At first, I thought that maybe there was some kind of licensing thing going on (since it was a remix, not the original version of Breathing Underwater). But maybe talk of the complaints are ringing true.

If it isn't a matter of licensing, there's absolutely no reason why Psyonix had to completely remove the song from the playlist. I skipped songs about 20-30 times during lunch and didn't come across it once. Such a shame. It was easily my favorite song in the soundtrack.

Is there a way to change what music your game opens too ? I liked the song alright, but it didn't have the same energy as some of the other songs. Would be cool if the opening music would at least rotate or something so the game doesn't launch to the same song everytime.

I'm up for a chin-to-chin dance while listening to Bonnie Tyler's "Total Eclipse of the heart" if somebody still needs it to cope with the changes.

Personally I don't care. New main menu song at least gives an imression that the game was updated. If this becomes a problem devs should introduce an option to change the main menu song.

You can change it technically with the R3 button, but it would be nice for it to open to your selected song.

Somewhat off topic, when you buy the soundtrack for this game do you get all 30 songs or whatever the playlist currently is? Seems like they've added a lot of songs since launch, are all those songs included in the soundtrack?

Reading the Steam reviews on the official page for the Rocket League - Soundtracks DLC it seems that you in fact do NOT get all songs in it. Which is why all of people were disapointed with.

The main issue is that they removed the song completely. It is no longer in the list.

Namless, what do you prefer, dubstep? Country? Rap? To people who like dance and electronic music, this soundtrack is quite well put together in my opinion. I actually wish we had the option to listen to it in-game.

By the way, the fact that you're missing an 'e' in Nameless chaps my ass.
