Game crashes soon as a goal is scored?

Are you on the most recent Windows 10 update? That is the fall update, aka version 1511.
Other players are reporting this issue and have rolled back to the previous update or have switch their nvidia drivers to 358.50

Yep, just updated my windows 10 :(

Such a weird bug, game is very stable until a goal is scored loll

Does psyonix have any idea if they can make a fix ? I know its MS fault but maybe you guys can do something too ?

Well I wouldn't directly say that it's a Microsoft issues, but it definitely is something we're looking into. I'm not 100% certain what it is, but once I get more solutions I'll make them known

Yeah, I also experience crashes on goals since updating to the Windows 10 fall update. It ony happens when I "see" the goal explosion.

Running Windows 10 64bit using an nVidia 780M.

MS has yanked the update and replaced the installer with 10240 build.

I'd recommend trying the previous versions of your drivers such as 358.50

1511 was only pulled temporarly due to an activation issue.

It's now back: http://arstechnica.com/information-technology/2015/11/windows-10-november-update-was-pulled-for-forgetting-privacy-settings-its-now-back/

I have reinstalled my Nv drivers 3-4 times on different versions and it's present on them all.

I mean, why would the game crash ONLY upon scoring a goal? Thats really specific lol. Surely one of the engies at psyonix might a suspicison

Could it be the explosion animation ?

Could be a hundred reasons.

I have the latest version of Nvidias drivers and have not experienced any crashes. I have not updated Windows 10 yet, though I assume Microsoft will force the new update down my throat soon enough.

No crash at scoring of a goal.
