Rocket League not saving screen settings.

My NVIDIA Experience can detect every setting besides the screen setting. I'd like to set it to Windowed Borderless instead of full screen because I'm having an issue with curse voice minimizing my guitar during chat sessions. I've reinstalled Curse, Rocket League and Geforce experience. I even went into the config file and fullscreen was set to "Fullscreen = False" but every single time I start the game it loads in Fullscreen mode. I can set it to Borderless but I have to do it every single time I start the game. Anyone else run into this?

Check the config files are not set to READ ONLY.
Although why they would be I dunno.

Thank you. I checked and they are not in read-only mode. Any other suggestions?
