You can reset your rank and start as a "Rookie" again. Your ranked ratings will stay though and I think there is no way to reset them.
If you want to reset your level progress just delete the content of this folder:
C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\SaveData\DBE_Production

Is there a way to reset my stats? Like my Shots on goal, Epic Saves, Goals, etc?

Doesn't that reset your cars and everything too though?

Yes it should reset your unlocks too. I just tried deleting those files and it did reset nothing though...(neither my levels nor my unlocks)
The files are restored after starting the game again.
Maybe they're storing our progress on their servers since the patch?

If you have cloud saving enabled then Rocket League copies your savegames from the cloud to that folder every time you start it. Every time you shut it down, Rocket League makes a backup of the files from that folder.

If you want to reset your status, you need to first launch Rocket League, then switch to the desktop with alt-tab, then go delete those files, then exit Rocket League so it syncs the folder while it is empty and does not have any savegame in it. Then when you restart the game you will have no save data in the cloud, just an empty folder and it will start a new save data.

And no, it will not cause you to lose your DLC. They are tied to your Steam account, not your player save data.
It won't reset your MMR which it what determines who you play with.
You can already hide the title.

I guess AngryHatter is right, it doesn't reset your ranked ratings. It does reset everything else on your account though. Your current ranked ratings are not stored on your pc so deleting your data does nothing to them.

If you want a fresh start in ranked you would have to create a new Steam account then enable Steam family sharing with that account to give it access to Rocket League so you could play on that Steam account which has its own ranked ratings.

OK, conserning Didok's suggestion; "C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\SaveData\DBE_Production"

If you are like me and you only want to reset your Stats (Offline), then deleting the Larger files (ending in "58.save" & "58_2.save") is the way to go. Keep in mind though that you will have to reset your camera preferences, and your cars appearance will be reset.
It seems that hats and stuff are untouched, so no worries there (for me.)

(NOTE: Doing this will reset your "Stats and career record.", but Leaderboards, League Rankings, and Player Rank remains untouched.)
